Stretch Forward Project: Gymnastics Australia

Engaged by Gymnastics Australia as Technology Project Manager to re-engage the national digital project, including CRM and CMS platform transitions for whole of sport.  Established vendor contracts, project roadmap, change management and resourcing required, and delivered the project to implementation including training and support elements.  Key outcomes were whole of sport CRM upgrade and website CMS transition, including affiliated Club interfacing products. Additionally, implemented a resource structure and two year technology project roadmap. The project coordinated process and data from all business areas, and all Gymsport disciplines, including Membership and Affiliation, Events and Marketing, Industry Training and Accreditation, Participation and Sport development. 


Stretch Forward Project: Golf Australia

Engaged to interpret and apply consumer research to develop a new female participation product, Swing Fit.  Targeted at beginner female golfers aged 18-39, able to be delivered by existing PGA members.  Stretch Forward conducted an initial pilot program, including quantitative and qualitative research results from participants and deliverers, before finalisation of the product and program package in collaboration with Golf Australia strategic objectives. In partnership with Golf Australia and the PGA developed the Swing Fit online training module for PGA members and delivered face to face Swing Fit training sessions for PGA members and key State Association stakeholders.


Manager Clubs, Social Play and My Tennis - Tennis Australia

Responsible for leading national initiatives to make every Tennis Club in Australia the best they can be, get more people playing and enjoying Tennis, and know who these participants are.  Multiple roles encompassed affiliation, membership, club development and management, opening courts up for play, volunteers and ensuring systems and processes were delivered in alignment with these objectives. Responsible for the delivery and management of all Community Tennis online systems - Club Membership and Affiliation, Competitions, Tournaments and National Programs such as Coach Membership, Hot Shots and Cardio Tennis.


Product Manager Participation and IT Systems Manager - Cricket Australia

Implemented and managed MyCricket, the national grass roots online participant and competition management system for Australian Cricket.  Responsibilities included tender, implementation, development, business use, operational processes, training and support.  As IT Systems Manager, systems management included Finance (ERP), Marketing (CRM) and Participation (MyCricket).


Netball Operations, High Performance and Coach Educator - Netball Victoria

Managed statewide competitions and events, including Parkville.  Managed all State Netball Hockey Centre and Victorian Institute of Sport contracts and relationships.  Responsible for all IT systems, including online delivery of the 110,000 membership system and business processes. Development of policy, relationship and program management of all high perfomance pathways, talent identification and officials, including Victoria's transition from Commonwealth Bank Trophy to ANZ Championship. Delivered Level 1 and 2 coach education content, including mentoring many developing coaches.


Registration Coordinator - Melbourne 2002 World Masters Games

Responsible for the implementation, development and delivery of all online registration and in person accreditation systems for over 26,000 participants and an additional 15,000 officials and volunteers. Handling payment and registrations from participants spanning 100 countries, 28 sports and almost 50 different sporting disciplines.


Senior Coach, High Performance, President and Life Member - North East Blaze Netball Club

Formation of a new high performance Club as part of the Victorian Netball League establishment. Setting the culture, recruitment and appointment of officials, sponsorship, marketing and policy development.  Mentoring and coaching team leaders, committee and coaching staff. Collaborating with other Clubs and Netball Victoria to grow the league.


Senior Coach, High Performance and Life Member - Diamond Creek Force Netball Association

Responsible for the delivery and management of over 12 teams competing in Victoria's premier competitions, starting at 15&Under through to Open age.  Mentoring and developing coaching staff and team officials.  Facilitating transition of elite players into coaching roles.
